J.   Kami ada menyediakan penghantaran kourier untuk setiap pengharatan anda.Penghataran 
     dalam negara mengambil masa 3 hari bekerja untuk Semenanjung Malaysia dan tujuh
     hari bekerja untuk luar negara.

5.   Apakah prosedur untuk membuat pesanan?

J.   Anda boleh membuat pesanan melalui Bank Draft atau kad kredit dengan mengisi borong
      permohonan.

J.   Pemberitahuan penghantaran di dalam jawapan no.4. Sekiranya anda tidak menerima
     barang dalam masa 48 jam dari tarikh pembelian, sila hubungi kami.

            1.     How u categorizes your product from other ?

            A.    All our products are manufactured by ISO 9002 certified company and with Halal requirement .
                    The quality widely accepted and the prices are acceptable.

                    reasonable for its quality.

            A.    You can buy even single jumbo Box. There is no minimum limit.

            A.   We have engaged a well established courier service who can distribute across the nation within 3
                   working day. For overseas we need 7 working days time to deliver the Product.

            5.    How much time required for the delivery and what is the procedure to order for?

            A.   You can order your products by sending a Demand Draft or Credit Card by filling in our Mail
                   Order  Form.

            6.    How will we know that the product is delivered or not?

            A.   Delivery  will be done as mentioned in question 4. If you do not receive even 48 hours of the
                   due date, please contact us.

            A.    In carton with the greeting cards inserted inside with insulation to protect the heat.
